SPINACH PICKLE
Ingredients
  • 21/2 cupsSpinach leaves
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 7 green chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1/2 cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chana dal
  • 1 tbsp udad dal
  • Salt to taste
Procedure
  1. Add 2 tbsp of oil in a vessel and fry the spinach leaves along with green chilli on a low flame.
  2. later fry the peanuts in little oil.
  3. Grind the peanuts along with the spinach,add some salt and make it a thick paste.
  4. Add little oil in a vessel,add mustard seeds,udad dal,chana dal,cumin seeds,garlic cloves and red chilli.
  5. Add this to the paste prepared.
