Ingredients- 1 cup gooseberries
- 2 cups water
- salt to taste
- A pinch of turmeric powder
Procedure- Boil water in a bowl and when it is boiling add salt and turmeric powder.
- Then add the gooseberries and heat for a few minutes.
- Store the gooseberries along with water in refrigerator in air tight containers.
- This is a preserving method for gooseberries. These can be used in pickles when required.
