Ingredients- 250 gms sabudana,
- 2 onions,
- 50 gms peanuts
- 2 tsp jeera,
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- salt to taste,
- 4 green chillies,
- 1tsp dhania powder,
- 3tsp oil,
- corriander leaves,curry leaves.
Procedure- soak sabudana in water over night(nearly 8 hours,and take care water shouldnot be excess it should be such that that sabudana will become soft).
- chop onions and greenchillies.
- crush peanuts(blend them so that they will be crushed,dont make them powder).
- heat oil in a pan and add jeera and mustard seeds .
- then add onions and green chillies,curry leaves.after onions become golden fry add peanuts,dhaniapowder and salt.
- fry them for 2 mins and add sabudana.
- fry it on low flame for 15 min till excess water has gone and it is cooked.
- finally add corriander leaves.
