instant ragi dosa
Ingredients
  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • salt to taste
  • greenchilles paste
  • finely chopped onions
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • corrieander leaves
Procedure
  1. mix all the ingredients with water to form the dosa batter.
  2. keep it aside for 10-15minutes.heat the non-stick pan(prefereably flat ) and pour the doughwith a laddle to make the dosa.
  3. serve hot with corn chutney or coconut chutney.
