Ingredients- 1 cup ragi flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- salt to taste
- greenchilles paste
- finely chopped onions
- 1 tsp jeera
- corrieander leaves
Procedure- mix all the ingredients with water to form the dosa batter.
- keep it aside for 10-15minutes.heat the non-stick pan(prefereably flat ) and pour the doughwith a laddle to make the dosa.
- serve hot with corn chutney or coconut chutney.
