Soya Idlis
Ingredients
  • 1 cup soya beans
  • 1 cup bombay rawa
  • pinch of jeera
  • salt to taste
Procedure
  1. Soak soya beans for 8 hours.
  2. Grind with a pinch of jeera and add bombay rawa.
  3. Mix to the consistency of idly dough.
  4. add salt and make idlis.
  5. Enjoy with coconut chutney.
  6. For a variation you may add a piece of ginger while grinding the soya beans.
