Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Mururalu
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Turmeric
  • Salt(to taste)
  • corrots (diced)
  • Long beans(cut to 1 inch long)
  • Green peas
  • All the above 3 veggies should be of 2 cup quantity
  • Seasonings
  • curry leaves
  • oil
Procedure
  1. Take the murmura in a vessel with holes,so that as u wet the murmura, the water should drain out freely.Heat oil in a pan.
  2. add seasonings to oil, put onions and slit chillies,fry till slight brown in colour.Add curry leaves.
  3. Then add turmeric and the vegetables to the pan and fry till tender.
  4. Add salt and the murmura to the pan.
  5. Fry for 5 min,remove the pan from stove.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
