Plain Rice Dosa
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup par boiled rice :
  • 1 Cup raw rice2 Green chilis
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tin coconut milk(as required)
Procedure
  1. Wash both rice and soak for 4 hours.
  2. After that grind into a fine( very thick) batter.Add salt.
  3. Heat dosa pan and put sprinkle oil spread oil all over the pan then pour one big spoon of batter on the pan spread round thin dosas.
  4. Sprinkle chopped green chilis and cumin seeds on it.
  5. Add coconut milk to make the flour more thin.
  6. Serve with Ginger chutney or pickle.
