Ingredients- 1 Cup par boiled rice :
- 1 Cup raw rice2 Green chilis
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 tin coconut milk(as required)
Procedure- Wash both rice and soak for 4 hours.
- After that grind into a fine( very thick) batter.Add salt.
- Heat dosa pan and put sprinkle oil spread oil all over the pan then pour one big spoon of batter on the pan spread round thin dosas.
- Sprinkle chopped green chilis and cumin seeds on it.
- Add coconut milk to make the flour more thin.
- Serve with Ginger chutney or pickle.
