Ingredients
  • Par boiled rice 3 cups
  • Urad dhall 1 cup
  • Salt 2 t.spoon
Procedure
  1. Rnse and soak rice and urad dhall seperately in water for 2 hours.
  2. Grind the two seperately, and mix them together
  3. with salt.
  4. Keep it overnight, before making idlis.
