Fried Cashews
Ingredients
  • Cashew nuts - 100 gms
  • Oil - for deep fry
  • Chilli powder - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch
Procedure
  1. Heat oil in kadai on medium heat take some cashews at a time and fry carefully without browing.
  2. Remove and strain on paper towel to remove excess oil.
  3. Complete the process with all cashews.
  4. Let it cool for about 3-4 min and now take fried cashew into a bowl spinkle chillipowder and salt on cashews and mix well carefully without breaking nuts or simply toss untill chillipowder and salt are coated on cashews
  5. Quick and tasty snack is done and serve when heat is down.
Tips
  • Heat should be on medium while frying.
  • Take utmost care while frying and mixing seasoning cashews.
  • Whole or split cashews can be used to prepare this dish.
  • Fry baskets would make more easy to fry without any mess.
  • You can prepare, cool and preserve in an air tight container and serve when required.
