Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Urad Dal
  • 3 Cups Rice
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for spreading Dosa
Procedure
  1. Wash rice and urad dal,add fenugreek seeds,soak them together in a big bowl.
  2. Soak them about 3-4-hours.
  3. Grind dal and rice to a smooth fine paste.Take the mixture in a big vessal add salt.
  4. Cover the vessal,leave it for 7-8 hours.
  5. Once the mixture was fermented,take a little quantity of dough and dilute with water.(Dosa Consistency)
  6. If needed add a little salt.
  7. Heat pan on a medium heat sprinkle oil spread oil all over the pan,put dosa dough on the pan with deep spoon,spread the mixture like big circle.
  8. Fry it until golden brown and crispy turn the other side fro a few seconds take off from the pan.
  9. Serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
