Banana Halwa
Ingredients
  • 4 Ripe Bananas
  • 2-3 tsp Ghee
  • 4 to 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Elaichi Powder (Cardamom)
Procedure
  1. Cut the Bananas into small pieces.
  2. Cook the Bananas in medium fire and keep stirring. Add Ghee and Elaichi powder.
  3. When the Bananas are cooked (it takes about 4 to 5 mins), you get a smell of jackfruit. Add sugar.
  4. Keep stirring, till it comes to a Halwa consistency.
  5. After it is cold cut into desired shapes.
  6. Have it with Bread Toast or Chappati or eat it plainly.
