Ingredients- 4 Ripe Bananas
- 2-3 tsp Ghee
- 4 to 5 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Elaichi Powder (Cardamom)
Procedure- Cut the Bananas into small pieces.
- Cook the Bananas in medium fire and keep stirring. Add Ghee and Elaichi powder.
- When the Bananas are cooked (it takes about 4 to 5 mins), you get a smell of jackfruit. Add sugar.
- Keep stirring, till it comes to a Halwa consistency.
- After it is cold cut into desired shapes.
- Have it with Bread Toast or Chappati or eat it plainly.
