Ingredients: 

  1. toor dal, coriander seeds, urud dal, whole black peppers, cumin seeds - each 1 teaspoon
  2. 1 whole red pepper,
  3. grated coconut (fry last)
Method:
  1. Fry the above ingredients in little ghee, grind and keep it aside.
  2. Vegetables - Snake gourd, cabbage, beetroot
  3. Cut any of the vegetables into small pieces, add moong dal and steam it in pressure cooker.
  4. Add the ground mixture to this and heat for a little while to mix uniformly.
  5. Add splattered mustard seeds.Add curry leaves.
