Bittergaurd Pulusu Pachadi
Ingredients
  • 1onions
  • 1 tomatoes
  • 3.bittergaurd
  • 1 tsp menthi gunda powder
  • 1 tbsp tamarind juice
  • a small lump jagerry
  • a pinch turmeric
  • 2 green chillies
  • curry leaves
  • corriander
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
Procedure
  1. heat the pan. add oil to it and fry onions till they turn pinkish brown.
  2. add green chillies and curry leaves.
  3. add finely chopped bittergaurd and fry for 15 minutes.
  4. add chopped tomatoes.
  5. add tamarind juice,jagerry,menthi gunda powder and salt.
  6. cook for another 20 minutes on a medium flame garnish with finely chopped corriander.
  7. serve hot with rice.
