Stuffed Paratha
Ingredients
  • 3 Cups of wheat flour( add water and make it into soft plaible dough)
  • 1 cup paneer
  • 4-5 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. coriander finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. mint leaves finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp. ghee
  • 1/2 cup of ghee or oil to shallow fry
Procedure
  1. Take Soft dough and roll it to a large square.
  2. Spread some ghee all over.
  3. Fold in half and apply ghee allover and fold into quarter and spread ghee all over.
  4. Then roll the paratha in full size.
  5. Repeat above procedure. Roll into a tight swissroll.
  6. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  7. Cut into small small balls and keep them aside. Mix all filling ingredients.
  8. Take a a ball of dough.
  9. Roll halfway. Spread some filling.
  10. Make a tight swissroll. Twist to a spiral.
  11. Press and roll to full size.
  12. Shallow fry on the hot pan with ghee..
  13. Serve hot with any gravy vegetable or pickle and curd.
