Mulli Parata-A Special Way
Ingredients
  • 3-Muli
  • 5coops -wheat floor
  • 4-grenn chilli
  • salt to taste
  • 1tbsp-chilli powder
  • small piece ginger
  • coriander leaves
Procedure
  1. grate muli and squeeze water from it in a separate bowl.
  2. with this water mix the floor and make the dough,keep it a side.
  3. to the muli from which water has been squeezed add chilli powder,salt ,grated ginger and chopped coriander.
  4. now take small roll of dough and slightly flaten it to the shape of puri by making ends thin and center thick.
  5. stuff the muli in to it and fold it to a shape of ball by bringing ends to center.
  6. now roll it down as chapati ,once chapati is about to be taken out of pan apply oil/ghee/butter accordingly.
  7. Serve hot with amul butter and curd/carrot grated and lemon squeezed on it.
