Methi Ka paratha
Ingredients
  • 4 cups Wheat flour
  • 2 medium size bunches Fenugreek leaves
  • 3 tbsp Ghee or oil
  • 3 Onions
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain powder
  • ½ tsp Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
Procedure
  1. Wash fenugreek leaves and keep them a side inorder to drain all the water.
  2. chop onions and fenugreek leaves and fry them.
  3. Remove from fire and add ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, ajwain powder, wheat flour and mix them and add little water to it to make a thick dough.
  4. Take small balls and roll as for chapatis.
  5. Roast them on a flat pan. When one side is dry, turn the other side and apply ghee or oil.
  6. Now turn the other side, apply oil and roast well.
  7. Remove from the Pan when parathas are done.
  8. Serve hot with pickle and curd.
