Ingredients- 2 cups maize flour
- 1 fistful plain flour
- 1 tbsp. oil
- salt to taste.
Procedure- Mix maize flour, oil and salt add enough water and make soft dough.
- When the dough is very smooth and soft,take the dough into palms, shape into a ball, flatten and pat with palm, to make a thin roti.
- Place on griddle and roast till crisp.
- Repeat on both sides. Repeat for all rotis.
- Sptread a little bit of ghee or butter.
- Cover th e rotis with napkins to keep warm and soft.
- Serve hot with sarson ka saag and Salad.
