Makki Ki Roti
Ingredients
  • 2 cups maize flour
  • 1 fistful plain flour
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • salt to taste.
Procedure
  1. Mix maize flour, oil and salt add enough water and make soft dough.
  2. When the dough is very smooth and soft,take the dough into palms, shape into a ball, flatten and pat with palm, to make a thin roti.
  3. Place on griddle and roast till crisp.
  4. Repeat on both sides. Repeat for all rotis.
  5. Sptread a little bit of ghee or butter.
  6. Cover th e rotis with napkins to keep warm and soft.
  7. Serve hot with sarson ka saag and Salad.
