Ingredients- 100 gms Dry Ginger
- 3 tbsp bengal gram
- 3 tbsp black gram
- 2 tsp Ghee
- salt to Taste
Procedure- Roast Dry ginger and break into small pieaces.
- Roast the lentils in a tsp of ghee,till golden brown.
- Allow them to cool.
- Put dry ginger, lentils and salt in a dry blender make it to a fine powder.
- It can eaten with hot rice and ghee.It is good for winter colds.
