Ingredients
  • 100 gms Dry Ginger
  • 3 tbsp bengal gram
  • 3 tbsp black gram
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • salt to Taste
Procedure
  1. Roast Dry ginger and break into small pieaces.
  2. Roast the lentils in a tsp of ghee,till golden brown.
  3. Allow them to cool.
  4. Put dry ginger, lentils and salt in a dry blender make it to a fine powder.
  5. It can eaten with hot rice and ghee.It is good for winter colds.
