Dhaniyala Podi
Ingredients
  • 25 gms coriander seeds (dhaniyaalu)
  • 5 red chilies
  • Curry leaves.
  • A small lemon size tamarind
  • salt to taste
Procedure
  1. Dry roast coriander seeds and chilies in a pan.
  2. Then add curry leaves and tamarind.
  3. Then remove from the heat.
  4. Allow them to cool and powder in a dry blender. Serve with hot rice and ghee., it tastes good.
