Ingredients- 25 gms coriander seeds (dhaniyaalu)
- 5 red chilies
- Curry leaves.
- A small lemon size tamarind
- salt to taste
Procedure- Dry roast coriander seeds and chilies in a pan.
- Then add curry leaves and tamarind.
- Then remove from the heat.
- Allow them to cool and powder in a dry blender. Serve with hot rice and ghee., it tastes good.
