Ingredients- green peppers
- oil
- onions
- ginger

- coriander powder
- turmeric
- chili powder
- tomatoes
- garam masala.
Procedure- cut big pieces of peppers.
- In oil fry onions, add ginger and garlic.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, chili powder and then add tomatoes.
- Then add peppers ,cover and cook.
