Ingredients- 1/2 cup green peas, boiled
- 1/2 kg paneer, cubed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup onion paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 1/2 cups tomato puree
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 2 tsp kasoori methi (dry methi leaves)

Procedure- Heat ghee, fry onion paste and ginger-garlic paste for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric, red chili powder, salt, garam masala and fry for a minute more.
- Add tomato puree and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add 1/2 cup water, paneer, peas and simmer the gravy for 2 minutes.
- Later add cream, kasoothi methi and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with jeera pulao.
