Ingredients
  • 1. Rice flour : 250 gms
  • 2. Butter : 200 gms
  • 3. Jaggary (brown sugar) : 200 gms
  • 4. Ghee : 300 ml
  • 5. Cardamom Seed Powder : 1 Tea spoon
Procedure
  1. Mix butter and rice flour together in a smooth dough.
  2. Prepare small round balls with the dough.
  3. Deep fry the balls in ghee until brown.
  4. Pour 1 cup of water in a vessel and boil. Add
  5. Jaggary and continue to boil until a thick fluid is obtained.
  6. Add the roasted butter balls to it and allow them to soak for about one hour.
