Ingredients- 1. Rice flour : 250 gms
- 2. Butter : 200 gms
- 3. Jaggary (brown sugar) : 200 gms
- 4. Ghee : 300 ml
- 5. Cardamom Seed Powder : 1 Tea spoon
Procedure- Mix butter and rice flour together in a smooth dough.
- Prepare small round balls with the dough.
- Deep fry the balls in ghee until brown.
- Pour 1 cup of water in a vessel and boil. Add
- Jaggary and continue to boil until a thick fluid is obtained.
- Add the roasted butter balls to it and allow them to soak for about one hour.
