Triffle Pudding
Ingredients
  • PLAIN CAKE 1/4 KG
  • PINEAPPLE - 1 CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
  • ANY AVAILABLE FRUITS CUT INTO PIECES - 1CUP
  • MILK 1/2 LT
  • CUSTARD POWDER - 2 TBSP
  • SUGAR 1 1/4 CUP
  • ANY FLAVOURED JELLY CRYSTALS
  • WHIPPED CREAM 1 CUP
Procedure
  1. MAKE CUSTARD WITH MILK, CUSTARD POWDER AND 3/4 CUP SUGAR. ALLOW IT TO COOL
  2. BOIL PINEAPPLE PIECES WITH A CUP OF WATER AND 1/2 CUP SUGAR. WHEN THE PINEAPPLE IS LITTLE TENDER.
  3. REMOVE FROM FIRE AND ALLOW IT TO COOL.
  4. SLICE THE CAKE WITH 1 INCH WIDTH AND LAY THEM IN THE FLAT BOWL.
  5. SOAK THE CAKE WITH THE JUICE LEFT IN THE PINEAPPLE PIECES.
  6. SPRINKLE PINEAPPLE AND FRUIT PIECES ON THE TOP OF THE CAKE.
  7. POUR CUSTARD ON FRUITS.MAKE JELLY AND POUR ON THE CUSTARD.
  8. MAKE TOPPING WITH THE WHIPPED CREAM.SERVE CHILLED.
