Spinach Raita
Ingredients
  • Yoghurt
  • Spinach
  • (it should be in the proportinate to the yougurt u take)
  • Salt according to taste
  • for seasoning
  • ghee
  • musturd seeds
  • cumin seeds
  • turmeric
  • pinch of asefotidia
  • curry leaves
  • coriander leaves
Procedure
  1. Take yougurt in a bowl.put salt in it.
  2. Finely chop spinach.keep it aside.
  3. mix finely chopped spinach in the yougurt.
  4. take a pan and put ghee in it.
  5. when the ghee gets heated up put the musturd seeds.
  6. cumin, turmeric and a pinch of asefotidia.
  7. finally put the curry leaves and coriander leaves in the seasoning.
  8. add this to the spinach, yougurt mixture.
  9. serve this with roti/rice.
