  • rice 25 gms
  • sugar 100gms
  • milk 500ml
  • cardamom powder 2gms
  • saffron .01gm
  • almonds 10gms
  • pisstachio 10gms
Procedure
  1. wash and soak the rice for about 15-20minutes.
  2. put the rice on a dry cloth and allow the entire moisture to evaporate.
  3. coarsely grind the rice. take a heavy bottom vessel add milk and allow to boil,add the rice,sugar cardamom powder and stir and allow the rice to cook completely and add saffron.
  4. garnish with slivers of balanched almonds and pisstachios. serve hot or cold
