Ingredients- Pillsbury Instant cake mix-1 packet
- Mangos-2
- Ripe Bananas-2
- Kiwi fruit- 2
- Green Grapes-15 to 20 [optional]
- egg- 2
- vegetable oil-2 tbspoons
- For Frosting:
- Instant vanilla frosting.
Procedure- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel the layers of mango,kiwi and banana. and cut them to small pieces.
- Add grapes to the above content and mash them llightly [ not like a paste] .
- Now add instant cake mix powder and add water,egg ,oil according to the instructions.
- Now beat the contents for 5-10 min(hand beat) until no lumps are formed and forms like smooth paste.
- Now grease the 8 inches round cake pan with little oil and pour the content. and place it in the oven.
- Keep it in the oven for atleast 20-25 min and check the cake with a toothpick by inserting it in the middle of the cake.
- The toothpick should come out clean when the cake is done When the cake is done, turn off the oven .
- Then Cool the cake completely.
- Finally do frosting with instant vanilla frosting. Decorate as u like.
