Ingredients- 250 mg Curd
- 1/2 tin Milkmaid
- 2 Mangoes
- 1/2 tsp Rose wate
- 1 Green cardamom
Procedure- Make a puree of mangoes & blend with milkmaid, curd, rose water and cardamom.
- Steam in a lightly greased bowl in a covered pan for 40mts.
- Remove from the fire & invert the bowl onto a plate & tap lightly so that the pudding comes out.
- Serve chilled. Can be served as mango pudding to children who do not like to take curd.
