Mango Pudding
Ingredients
  • 250 mg Curd
  • 1/2 tin Milkmaid
  • 2 Mangoes
  • 1/2 tsp Rose wate
  • 1 Green cardamom
Procedure
  1. Make a puree of mangoes & blend with milkmaid, curd, rose water and cardamom.
  2. Steam in a lightly greased bowl in a covered pan for 40mts.
  3. Remove from the fire & invert the bowl onto a plate & tap lightly so that the pudding comes out.
  4. Serve chilled. Can be served as mango pudding to children who do not like to take curd.
