Ingredients- 1 full tin of mangoe pulp
- 3 unflavoured gelatine sachets (knox)
- 1 cool whip (whipped topping ) (7-8oz)
- 2 graham cracker ready to pie crest (6 oz size)
- sugar 1/2 cup
Procedure- First take unflavoured gelatine and soak it in luke warm water until it dissolves completely.
- then mix mangoe pulp & sugar in this dissolved geltine.
- add cool whip to the whole mix and let it merge completely by mixing it with a spoon or can even use the beater to use it lightly.
- Now pour the whole mixture equally into 2 pie's ad keep it refrigerated for about 3hrs to let it form, you are ready with the pie.
- you can cut it into thin slides and enjoy.(once it is done you can keep it in the lower part of the fridge until you want to serve.)
