Mango Pie
Ingredients
  • 1 full tin of mangoe pulp
  • 3 unflavoured gelatine sachets (knox)
  • 1 cool whip (whipped topping ) (7-8oz)
  • 2 graham cracker ready to pie crest (6 oz size)
  • sugar 1/2 cup
Procedure
  1. First take unflavoured gelatine and soak it in luke warm water until it dissolves completely.
  2. then mix mangoe pulp & sugar in this dissolved geltine.
  3. add cool whip to the whole mix and let it merge completely by mixing it with a spoon or can even use the beater to use it lightly.
  4. Now pour the whole mixture equally into 2 pie's ad keep it refrigerated for about 3hrs to let it form, you are ready with the pie.
  5. you can cut it into thin slides and enjoy.(once it is done you can keep it in the lower part of the fridge until you want to serve.)
