Ingredients- 1 small bunch Mint leaves
- 1 Ginger ( ¼" piece)
- 10 Coriander leaves
- 1tbsp Lemon juice
- 1tsp Jal Jeera Powder
- Black salt To taste
Procedure- Put Mint Leaves, Ginger and coriander leaves in blender to make paste.
- Add 2 cups of coldwater, black salt and jal jeera powder.
- Add lemon juce. Stir well the mixture.
- Pass through Strainer to remove the leave/ginger remainings.
- Server chilled. You can decorate with lemon for professional look
