Jal Jeera
Ingredients
  • 1 small bunch Mint leaves
  • 1 Ginger ( ¼" piece)
  • 10 Coriander leaves
  • 1tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1tsp Jal Jeera Powder
  • Black salt To taste
Procedure
  1. Put Mint Leaves, Ginger and coriander leaves in blender to make paste.
  2. Add 2 cups of coldwater, black salt and jal jeera powder.
  3. Add lemon juce. Stir well the mixture.
  4. Pass through Strainer to remove the leave/ginger remainings.
  5. Server chilled. You can decorate with lemon for professional look
