Easy Fudge
Ingredients
  • 1 tin of condensed milk(i found carnation the best)
  • nestle toll house chocolate chips or chocolate powder(unsweetened)
  • unsalted butter
  • nuts and toppings like almonds pistachios or glazed chocolate and other icecream and cake toppings whcih u find in the grocery store.
Procedure
  1. This is the easiest method of making a very native and conventional tasting fudge.
  2. Put 1/2 stick of butter in a micowaveable bowl.
  3. run it in the microwave untill it melts(watch out just to melt it,dont boil it).
  4. Then add the chocolate chips depending or your necessity.
  5. If you are a chocolate freak go ahead and add lots of chips.
  6. otherwise minimise the chocolate.
  7. In case of using chocolate powder,mix well so that the powder is well blended in the butter without any lumps.
  8. Now add the entire tin of condensed milk.Taste it and sugar if needed.
  9. You will not need to add any sugar usually because the milk is sweet enough.But just in case.
  10. now microwave this for 5 minits or untill you find a froth .
  11. Mix it once and microwave it again. Use your non stick spray and grease a plate.
  12. Empty the contents from bowl into it.flatten the surface if any peaks are formed.
  13. Leave it to cool.After a while pop it in the refrigerator.
  14. In about an hour or so your fudge is ready without much sweat.
  15. Garnish with nuts and other toppings.
