Carrot-custard pudding
Ingredients

for carrotpudding

  • 1lt -milk
  • 1/2cup-sugar
  • 3-4medium-carrots
  • 11/2tbsp agar-agar
  • 5-8 almond
  • 5 cashew

for custard

  • 2tbsp- custardpowder
  • 11/2tbsp- agar-agar
  • sugar-1/2cup
  • 1itr-milk

for garnishing

  • 5 6 ripe dates
  • almond- chopped
  • cashew- chopped
  • fruits(any)-cut to 1inch cubes

Procedure

carrot pudding:

  1. First boil carrot andcool it.
  2. Grind carrot and almonds,cashew wth sugar&milk tovery smooth .
  3. boil the above mixture add agar-agar (mix agar-agar powder in 6tbsp of water and make a paste) keep it aside.

custard:

  1. boil milk and add sugar \and custsrd pwdr alraedy mixed in milk so that no lumps r formrd as above now add agar-agar paste.
  2. keep them aside for 20-25 mins.
  3. now when both r about to become very thick take a bowl and pour alternate layers of both custard and carrot mixture in the middle put 2 laters of friut and dry friuts.
  4. allow it to set for 2hrs later refrigirate it and serve it cold.
