Ingredientsfor carrotpudding - 1lt -milk
- 1/2cup-sugar
- 3-4medium-carrots
- 11/2tbsp agar-agar
- 5-8 almond
- 5 cashew
for custard - 2tbsp- custardpowder
- 11/2tbsp- agar-agar
- sugar-1/2cup
- 1itr-milk
for garnishing - 5 6 ripe dates
- almond- chopped
- cashew- chopped
- fruits(any)-cut to 1inch cubes
Procedure carrot pudding: - First boil carrot andcool it.
- Grind carrot and almonds,cashew wth sugar&milk tovery smooth .
- boil the above mixture add agar-agar (mix agar-agar powder in 6tbsp of water and make a paste) keep it aside.
custard: - boil milk and add sugar \and custsrd pwdr alraedy mixed in milk so that no lumps r formrd as above now add agar-agar paste.
- keep them aside for 20-25 mins.
- now when both r about to become very thick take a bowl and pour alternate layers of both custard and carrot mixture in the middle put 2 laters of friut and dry friuts.
- allow it to set for 2hrs later refrigirate it and serve it cold.
