Ingredients- 100 gms boondi
- 500 gms curd (yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 sprigs coriander leaves
Procedure- Pour the curd in a bowl and beat well by adding salt.
- Add the boondi in water for few seconds to soak. Remove and add in the beaten curd.
- Sprinkle cumin powder, chili powder and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
