Pudina Pachadi
Ingredients:
  1. Pudina/Mint - 1 Bunch
  2. Redchillies - 2
  3. Tamarind - as per your taste
  4. Salt - for taste
  5. Mustard Seeds
Procedure:
  1. Separate all the leaves, wash them and wipe them with a dry cloth.
  2. Now take a pan and put a spoon of oil.
  3. Add these leaves along with redchillies and tamarind.
  4. Let the leaves turn brown in color. It takes a while.
  5. After the leaves cool down grind along with some salt and with very little water.
  6. Now add the seasonings.
