Chutney (Pachadi) Items
Kobbari and Vepudu Chanagapappu Chutney
Ingredients
1 Kobbari Chippa
1/2 cup Vepudu Chanagapappu
5 or 6 green chillies
4 pods velluli (Garlic)
1/2 tsp Jeera
salt for taste
Oil for frying and seasonning
For seasonning
Curryleaves 4 - 5
Chana dal 1 tbsp
Urad dal 1tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Procedure
heat oil in a pan and fry geen chilles.
grind kobbari, Vepudu Chanagapappu and green chilles with salt.
Season with the above mentioned ingredients.
Now the Delicious chutney is ready.
