Ingredients- 1 bunch of Corriander
- salt
- tamarind pulp
- sugar or jaggery
- Seasoning:
- 2tbs urad dal
- 1 tbs avalu
- 1 tbs jeera
- 2 redchillis
- curry leaves(optional)
Procedure- Cut the coriander leaves and clean it with water and keep a side.
- Take a pan,add oil and heat it,when oil is heated add the seasoning ingredients and fry them well, and remove from pan.
- In tht remaining oil add coriander leaves and fry them .
- Grind the seasoning ingredients first and after making it paste add coriander leaves.
- To this mixture add tamarind pulp and grind it again.
- Add sugar or joggery as per u'r taste to this mixture and u'r coriander chutney is ready.
