Corriander chutney
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of Corriander
  • salt
  • tamarind pulp
  • sugar or jaggery
  • Seasoning:
  • 2tbs urad dal
  • 1 tbs avalu
  • 1 tbs jeera
  • 2 redchillis
  • curry leaves(optional)
Procedure
  1. Cut the coriander leaves and clean it with water and keep a side.
  2. Take a pan,add oil and heat it,when oil is heated add the seasoning ingredients and fry them well, and remove from pan.
  3. In tht remaining oil add coriander leaves and fry them .
  4. Grind the seasoning ingredients first and after making it paste add coriander leaves.
  5. To this mixture add tamarind pulp and grind it again.
  6. Add sugar or joggery as per u'r taste to this mixture and u'r coriander chutney is ready.
