Chutney spread

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup grated coconut 4 red chillies or 1 tsp. red chilli powder
  2. 1 long bean tamarind
  3. 2 flakes garlic
  4. 1 tbsp. groundnuts
  5. salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind all ingredients together to form a firm chutney.
  2. Use very little water.
