Procedure
  1. Take a pan and do the seasoning with jeera mustard seeds and gingergarlic paste.
  2. Now add onions and greenchillies also the curryleaves.
  3. Now add Turmeric to the seasoning.
  4. Take a small bowl add little water to besan and make a smooth paste.
  5. Keep it aside.
  6. Mean while boil water on stove.
  7. Once the water is boiled add the besan paste to it.
  8. Here the besan should be made as a paste to avoid formation of balls.
  9. Its a very easy and tasty chutney for puris and dosas.
