Ingredients- 2 Cups Rice
- 3 tspGhee
- 4 Bunches mint leaves
- 1 medium sized onion.
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 5 green chilies
- 11/2" piece of ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 or 3 Cardomom Whole)
- 2 tsps of ghee
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- salt to taste
Procedure- Wash Rice and soak for 30 minutes.
- Grind garlic, mint, ginger, coriander powder smoothly.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry cardomom, cloves, jeera, onion and green chilies till onion turns golden brown.
- Add ground Ginger Garlic paste to the pan and allow it to cook till the ghee separates.
- Drian all the water in the rice,and put the rice in the rice cooker and add enough water and salt to it.
- Then Add the mix to the rice, and cook in a electric cooker.
- Serve hot with raita.
