Ingredients- 4 Large Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Rice
- 2 Green chilis
- 1/2" ginger piece
- 1 Big onion
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Salt.
Procedure- Clean tomatoesand chop them into samll cubes.Chop onion finely.
- Slit green chilis sideways,chop ginger and coriander leaves,keep aside.
- wash rice and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds fry for few seconds and add chopped onoin and fry 5 mins.
- Add tomatoes ginger and green chilis to it.
- Add salt and mix it with spoon Cover with a lid.
- Keep stirring in between.Cook it till tomatoes are tender.
- Then add rice to tomato curry and fry them for 2 mins.
- Transfer whole thing into a rice cooker.Cook it till done.
- Remove from the rice cooker and garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves.
- Serve hot with ghee.
