Pulihora With Fresh Carrots
Ingredients
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 21/2 cups boiled rice
  • 1/2 tsp Musterseeds
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
  • Lemon juice,
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric ,
  • chopped coriander,
  • curry leaves
  • For seasoning,:-
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Oil
Procedure
  1. Heat oil in a pan add urad dal, mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds splutter add chopped ginger, coriander and curry leaves now add boiled chickpeas and grated carrot mix thoroughly, saute and add salt, lemon juice, turmeric,fry them for 2-3 mins.
  2. Then add boiled Rice to it,mix them with laddle.
  3. Garnish with fresh Corinader leaves and curryleaves.
  4. Serve with seasoned yogurt.
