Ingredients- 3 cups Rice
- 2 bunches Spinach
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 pods cloves
- 2 green cordamoms
- 1" piece cinnamon Stick
- 1 tsp Gingergarlic paste
- 1 tsp Redchili powder
- Salt to taste
Procedure- Wash and Cook Rice and keep aside.
- Wash spinach and cook it till soft Allow it to cool down then grind it to fine paste.Set aside.
- Heat butter in a pan.Add cloves Cinnamon cordamoms pepper cornsfry for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
- Then add Ginger garlic paste add red chili powderstir fry for 2 mins.
- Then add gorund spinach and salt to it,mix thoroughly.
- Then add Cooked rice to it, mix well and serve Hot.
