Ingredients
  • Rice - 1 cup
  • Raagi Flour - 1 cup
  • Water - 3½ cups
  • Salt for taste
Procedure
  1. Cook 1 cup of rise with 3 cups of water in cooker or directly in a thick bottom vessel, add salt for tase
  2. After rice is cooked welll, str cooked rice well in a thick bottom vessel
  3. Add ½ cup water and 1 cup raagi flour and stir well with a stick or back side of a big spoon
  4. Keep it on low flame for 10 min and keep the lid on it
  5. After 10 min make round balls and eat hot hot with any chutnies or gravy curries.
