Ingredients- Chicken (Boneless) - 100 grms
- Basin Daal (Senaga Bedalu) - 100 grms
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 spoons
- Methi Grean Lives - Little Bit
- Onion - 1
- Grean Chillies - 2
- Turmeric - 1 Pinch
- Egg - 1
- Oil
- Salt
- Water
Procedure- Soak basin daal for 1-2 hours
- Boil chicken with little water.
- Add salt, turmeric and 1 spoon ginger garlic paste while boiling.
- Wait till water evaporates on low flame
- Next grid the daal along with chicken in mixer (not very smooth)
- Grind seperately chillies, onion & add some salt to it or even chop it into small pieces
- In a bowl add methi leaves, ginger garlic paste, onion-chillies, Chicken-Daal mixer with egg, mix well with hand.
- Keep oil on flame till fumes come
- Make small round balls of the above mixer and press gently in the middle and put them into oil
- Fry till brown colour
- Serve with sause or can eat directly.
