Chicken Vada
Ingredients
  • Chicken (Boneless) - 100 grms
  • Basin Daal (Senaga Bedalu) - 100 grms
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 spoons
  • Methi Grean Lives - Little Bit
  • Onion - 1
  • Grean Chillies - 2
  • Turmeric - 1 Pinch
  • Egg - 1
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water
Procedure
  1. Soak basin daal for 1-2 hours
  2. Boil chicken with little water.
  3. Add salt, turmeric and 1 spoon ginger garlic paste while boiling.
  4. Wait till water evaporates on low flame
  5. Next grid the daal along with chicken in mixer (not very smooth)
  6. Grind seperately chillies, onion & add some salt to it or even chop it into small pieces
  7. In a bowl add methi leaves, ginger garlic paste, onion-chillies, Chicken-Daal mixer with egg, mix well with hand.
  8. Keep oil on flame till fumes come
  9. Make small round balls of the above mixer and press gently in the middle and put them into oil
  10. Fry till brown colour
  11. Serve with sause or can eat directly.
