Ingredients- cooked rice 1 large cup
- carrots grated 2
- green mirchi slits 2
- eggs 2
- salt to taste
- onion sliced 1 small
- coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure- heat 2 tsp of oil , add rai,jeera.
- then add onion , mirchi and allow to fry.
- add carrot and fry.
- add eggs and fry nicely.
- then add cooked rice , salt and coriander leaves and serve hot.
