Instant Egg Rice
Ingredients
  • cooked rice 1 large cup
  • carrots grated 2
  • green mirchi slits 2
  • eggs 2
  • salt to taste
  • onion sliced 1 small
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure
  1. heat 2 tsp of oil , add rai,jeera.
  2. then add onion , mirchi and allow to fry.
  3. add carrot and fry.
  4. add eggs and fry nicely.
  5. then add cooked rice , salt and coriander leaves and serve hot.
