Ingredients
  • . Eggs-2
  • . Garlic-5 or 6
  • . Ginger-1
  • . Onions-2
  • . Greenchilli-2 or 3
  • . Redchilli power-for taste
  • . Salt-for taste
  • . Garammasala-1/2tsp
  • . Corriander 
  • . Oil
  • . Water
Procedure
  1. -First take a bowl,add oil & and spread it.
  2. -Then take eggs and break it and take into bowl which the oil is spread.
  3. -Now in bowl add salt,red chilli power & and shake it.
  4. -Keep that mixture in oven for 10mins,it will become like a cake.
  5. -After that take it out and keep aside.   
  6. -Now take a pan, put on stove,and add 3 to 4tsps of oil and make it heat.
  7. -Add chopped onions,greenchilli & fry it untill brown colour will come.
  8. -Take boiled egg cake & cut into pieces.
  9. -Now in onions add ginger garlic paste,redchilli powder,salt,garam masala powder & mix it.
  10. -After that add egg cake pices and mixt it.
  11. -Then add some water, mix it and boil untill it beome stick.
  12. -Now take into bowl and garnish with kothimera and then sever it.
